1. Cancellation and Flex
Cancel 48 hours or more before your booked drop-off time for a full refund. Inside 48 hours there’s no refund unless you added Flex at the time of booking. Flex costs {{FLEX_FEE}}, is not itself refundable, and makes the rest of the booking, including transaction fees, refundable whenever you cancel. There is no administration fee.
2. Your vehicle
Unless you have added a fuel or charge service, you agree to arrive with at least half a tank of fuel or half a charge. The vehicle must be roadworthy and legal to drive on UK roads.
3. ULEZ
Heathrow is inside London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone. Non-compliant vehicles pay £12.50 for each day driven in the zone. Paying it is the driver’s responsibility.
4. When a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed only by the confirmation email, sent when the booking and payment checks agree. A payment page is not a confirmation.
5. Changes and cancellation requests
Change and cancellation requests are recorded when you submit them from your booking link, receipted by email, and decided by the operator, who confirms the outcome by email.
6. Terminals served
Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at London Heathrow. Terminal 4 handover is not yet published. Aviator Parking operates at Heathrow only.
7. The company
{{LEGAL_ENTITY}} — company number, registered address and trading address. This legal identity is not published until it is verified.
