How to cancel
Open your booking link, choose Cancel, confirm. You’ll get a receipt email straight away and a decision email once an operator has processed it.
How to change
Use the same link and choose Change. Dates, terminals and vehicle can be requested; a price difference may apply and is shown before you confirm.
Add-on refunds
An exterior wash is refunded in full if you cancel it or the weather makes it pointless.
