Drive to your terminal, hand over your car, and collect it at your terminal on the way home. Here's exactly what happens and what we can and can't tell you before you book.

The amber-marked facts aren't published until they're verified. Everything else is what you can plan around today.
At drop-off
Drive to the meeting point shown on your confirmation. We record the vehicle's details with you before we take it.

Use your booking link to tell us you've landed; your car is brought back to your return terminal. We don't publish a waiting time or operating hours until they are verified.

Tell us from your booking link as soon as you know. Change requests are recorded, receipted by email and confirmed by the operator.
Half a tank, please
If you haven't added a fuel or charge service, arrive with at least half a tank or half a charge. It's in the terms and on the booking form.

Up to 30 minutes of terminal access parking.

Where do I hand over my car?
At the meeting point on your confirmation; we don't publish it on the site until it's verified for your terminal.
Can I return to a different terminal?
Yes, tell us both terminals when you quote.
What if I'm delayed?
Use your booking link; the request is recorded and you'll get a receipt.
